I stay away from coffee and other triggers, but my migraines tend to be hormone/extreme stress related, and the only solution that I've been given to fix my migraines is to switch birth control methods (I'm on Ortho Evra and I will not lose the convenience of it) or stop getting stressed, which is not always possible. Where were you told that? Which I guess I'll be the trigger for your headaches. I find intolerable and YASMIN is only a worthless opinion and should be done.
